Since I was a child I have been told that a starfish is not a fish, but I recently learned that the word ‘fish’ is applied to such a vast array of species that the word practically has no meaning. So we might as well throw starfish in their, and their jelly brothers, too.
Photo by Ross Ashton Projection art is a less often seen form of art, but one that is able to be displayed on a massive scale. Projection art takes as its canvas ordinary objects like trees or buildings. It can make the mundane beautiful, or make beautiful things beautiful in a very different way.
