Awesome 80′s Cartoons Illustrations

Having grown up in the 80′s I have an affinity for all things from that great decade. As a kid , one of the best things I can remember about the 80′s is the great selection of Saturday morning cartoons that was on television. Classics such as Transformers, He-Man and the Thundercats and they often tied in with some kind of toys and merchandising which every kid pestered their parents for. Some of these cartoons have made a comeback over the last couple of decades and some have even made it onto the big screen in recent years.
I really don’t believe that modern cartoons of today can live up to the awesomeness of classic 80′s cartoon series! In this collection you may find some familiar and maybe not so familiar faces but hopefully they will kick off a feeling of nostaglia for those who grew up in the great 80′s.

What kind of design will we have in our design office of the future? Well we don’t need a pimped up DeLorean and Doc Emmet Brown to allow us to see a glimpse of what may come. Have a look at some of these concepts for the designer of the future. From concept chairs to state of the art computers but unfortunately still no sign of a hover chair, but I’m sure that is just around the corner! Hopefully one day these concepts will all see the production line.

Genzo (Gonzalo Ordóñez Arias) is an illustrator from Chile with such remarkable talent. Just look at a sample of his work below and you can see for yourself. If you love anime, mythology, fantasy and sexy woman then I’m sure you’ll dig these illustrations. Gonzalo has been commissioned to produce some stunning illustrations over the last few years including work for ‘World of Warcraft’. You can see Genzo’s gallery on DeviantArt under the name of Genzoman and all of the illustrations have details about the stories and inspiration for the work.
