My all-time favourite character in the whole Star Wars Saga has to be Boba Fett. A lot of people don’t understand why I like this character so much as he only appears on screen for about 10 minutes and says about 5 lines overall in all the 6 Star Wars films, but Boba seems to have a huge fan base and has become something of a cult icon. Boba Fett is a bounty hunter who is hired by Darth Vader to find the Millennium Falcon. He also cashes in and delivers Han Solo to Jabba the Hutt.
Boba features in Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back, Star Wars VI: Return of the Jedi and also has a young boy in Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones in which we are shown that Bobba is actually a clone of Jango Fett who is also a bounty hunter and is raised as a son. Boba is also featured in Star Wars Expanded Universe detailing his origins and career as a dangerous and mysterious bounty hunter and an added scene with Jabba the Hutt in Star Wars IV: a New Hope.
In 2008 Bobba Fett was featured in Empire Magazine as one the 100 Greatest Movie Characters of All Time and is also included in Fandomania’s list of 100 Greatest Fictional Characters.
